I could create a new one today, I did on the channel page and again in my profile. On my iphone the link isn’t working as well… I do not think it’s a browser issue, I suspect it’s Viki that is doing something… I don’t know about for anyone else, but for almost a year now, I have been unable to create any new collections. Let´s hope that Viki can consider this post and help us.

I really hope that someone from Rakuten Viki see this post and consider it. ”Viki is primarily a place to watch and enjoy Asian video content. And if this was part of the goal at the very beginning, it changed very soon after.Although it can help a learner familiarize him/herself with listening to the language, and also, if a volunteer, to try one’s hand in translating. @brendas, @vikicommunity, @staff, If you can’t support Language Reactor, the next best thing would be to support the target language (and optionally host language) subtitle and betjili-casino-bd.com sentence audio export, maybe similar to Language Reactor’s CSV or ANKI export format with optional sentence audio. I have found something similar when I watch Viki from the app on my tablet. I watch on a TV or on my phone.

By the way, if those three people who initiated the class action win, what do they win? Here’s a class action suit over the viki privacy policy.Apparently viki had been automatically sharing our information with the sixth letter of the alphabet. Learn mode was an attempt on that direction, but again it’s only for people who are already studying the language ELSEWHERE. At this point it’s painful to watch any dramas on Viki. I found a continue watching section right on the first spot, when you open your own profile, but I am using a smartphone at the moment, so don’t know, if thos setting is the same on pc/laptop. Maybe the originators of the class action suit might get a few pennies?

Now I keep getting the ” You seem to be using a proxy or VPN. To watch any content, please turn off your proxy or VPN and try again” message. I am having issues watching Viki on Computer. I just hope, the Follow button on the old Coming Soon link will be activated by Viki, it’s much easier to do it there… Anyway, Viki staff only works during week, so hopefully someone will read it today and we’ll see… I’m not sure what is happening, they aren’t responding so far, so it’s strange I think. If that is also useful for those who learn the language (ELSEWHERE), it’s a bonus, but a secondary feature.At least that’s my opinion.

The ones who make money on these class action suits are the lawyers. It is very disappointing to pay for viki rakuten and not being able to see my dramas. I don’t use a proxy or VPN and I have tried out the steps in the Help section.

Whichever we choose can’t be reversed.But how likely is it for people outside the US to take Viki to court, even if they wanted to? If we opt out, things will be dealt with in a formal way (court) and if we don’t, things will be solved in less formal ways.
